Favorite tortilla or wrap? Extra Virgin Olive Oil Multi Grain SoftWraps. I only eat whole grains and absolutely no white flour.  My kids are also very health conscious, so the Multi Grain SoftWraps are perfect us!

What do you like to make with them?  We like to make ham and cheese queadillas.  I usually top mine with shredded lettuce, salsa and tomato slices.  It’s a perfect lunch.

Do you have any tips for cooking healthy Mexican food? Of course! It’s all about substituting ingredients. For example, when I make tamales I don’t use lard in the masa, but vegetable oil – and instead of using pork for the filling, I dice up raw vegetables and add a little bit of mozzarella cheese. They turn out delicious every time!
