These flavor-packed energy rolls are a quick, satisfying pre- or post-workout snack or light lunch. They’re also a great addition to a kid’s lunch box, so make one for you and one for your favorite tyke.

Ingredients

2 Non-GMO, Low-Carb Tortillas, Flour, Soft Taco Size

6 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter

2 tablespoons cacao nibs

2 tablespoons shredded coconut, lightly toasted

2 small bananas

2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Lay tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread evenly with almond butter. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and coconut. Thinly slice bananas crosswise and layer on tortillas. Roll up. Cut into pinwheels, if desired.
