1 cooked chicken breast half, diced
1 (10-ounce) bag romaine hearts, chopped
1 English cucumber, diced
1 large Hass avocado, diced
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning (such as Spice Islands)
6 La Tortilla Factory Non-GMO Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco Size
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped


Combine chicken, romaine, cucumber, avocado and onion in a large salad bowl.

Combine vinaigrette, feta and Greek seasoning in jar or container with a lid. Seal and shake vigorously. Pour dressing over salad, and toss to combine.

Lay Mini SoftWraps on a flat work surface. Divide salad evenly among SoftWraps. Garnish with tomatoes and extra crumbled feta cheese, if desired.
