There are few things in this world that can be as comforting as a bowl of smooth, warm queso. Dip, drizzle, and dunk guilt-free with our 3-ingredient version that contains NO artificial ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. (a standard can) of Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  • 8 oz. (a standard tub) Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. (a block) Pepper Jack Cheese

Directions

  1.  Open can of tomatoes and drain half of the liquid.
  2.  Shred or cube pepper jack cheese. The more surface area the cheese has, the smoother and faster it will melt!
  3.  Add tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and cream cheese to a pot.
  4.  Stir over low to medium heat until cheese is fully melted and ingredients are blended together. Careful not to let the cheese bubble or get too hot or it will burn and lose the smooth consistency.
  5.  Transfer to a ceramic bowl and serve immediately with our non-GMO Hatch Chile or Sea Salt Crisps.
