“I spy with my little eye” … these family-friendly road-trip-ready wraps. Not heading out on a trip? They make a nice addition to any brown bag lunch.

This makes a bit more of the yogurt spread than you’ll need for the wraps, but the extra is great as a dip with raw veggies or our Non-GMO 50/50 Corn + Flour Crisps, or thin it with a little water or olive oil as a salad dressing. Harvarti is a creamy cheese that pairs will with turkey — you can sub sliced Monterey Jack or Swiss.

Prep time: 20 min | Cook time: 0 min

1 cup baby spinach

¼ cup fresh basil

1 (7-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt

1 garlic clove

1 lime, juiced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 Package Organic, Non-GMO Tortillas, Traditional Flour

6 slices Havarti cheese

1 (8-ounce) package lower-sodium oven-roasted turkey breast

1 avocado, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced

½ cup sliced roasted red bell peppers from a jar, drained

1 cup sprouts

Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.

Lay tortillas on a work surface. Spread each with about 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture. Layer evenly with cheese, turkey, avocado, peppers and sprouts. Roll up snugly. Wrap in waxed paper or parchment.
