Good news for brown baggers! This classic wrap is easy to prepare and pack for a healthy and satisfying lunch.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon coarse-grain brown mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 La Tortilla Factory Light Tortillas, Flour
2 large green leaf lettuce leaves
1/4 pound roast turkey, thinly sliced
2 (1/2-ounce) slices low fat or fat free Swiss cheese
1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tomato, thinly sliced

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and thyme in a small bowl. Lay tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread mayonnaise mixture over tortillas. Layer evenly with lettuce, turkey, cheese, bell pepper, onion and tomato. Roll tightly and slice diagonally.
