Chicken Chopped Wrap

Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breast half, diced

1 (10-ounce) bag romaine hearts, chopped

1 English cucumber, diced

1 large Hass avocado, diced

1/2 medium red onion, diced

1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, plus extra for garnish

1 teaspoon Greek seasoning (such as Spice Islands)

1 package La Tortilla Factory Light Flour Tortillas

3 Roma tomatoes, chopped

 

Directions

Combine chicken, romaine, cucumber, avocado and onion in a large salad bowl.

Combine vinaigrette, feta and Greek seasoning in jar or container with a lid. Seal and shake vigorously. Pour dressing over salad, and toss to combine.

Lay tortilla on a flat work surface. Divide salad evenly among the tortillas. Garnish with tomatoes and extra crumbled feta cheese, if desired.
