You’re old school at heart but looking for a slight departure from the mundane. These tortillas are made with corn - but not your average corn. We took white corn masa flour, stoneground it in the centuries old style and added a spritz of lime juice and a dash of sea salt. There’s no reason to fix what’s already working. By the same token, modernity has a few things to offer too. For a contemporary twist on a long-established recipe, try these white corn tortillas. Warning: you might feel like climbing a pyramid in Tenochtitlan, or, in extreme cases, like changing your name to Monctezuma and constructing one yourself.

Available in two package sizes: 30 tortillas and 72 tortillas
