1 pack flour La Tortilla Factory tortillas

1 16oz can refried beans

1 tb taco seasoning

1 1/2 cup Yucatan Guacamole

3/4 cup Sour Cream

2 cup shredded Mexican Cheese

1 small jar salsa

1 small jar white queso dip

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Fresh cilantro (optional garnish)



In a medium bowl, combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with the vegetable oil. While oil heats, assemble the taquitos. Add a thin layer of beans, sour cream, guacamole, and shredded cheese to each tortilla. 

Roll tightly and reserve on a plate seam-side down. Add the taquitos in a single layer once the oil is hot and begins to shimmer. Allow each side to brown. This should take about 1-2 minutes per side.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and continue until all taquitos are nicely browned and warmed through. Best served with salsa, warm queso, and additional guac for dipping. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro for an extra pop of color and flavor.
