1 package taco-sized Low Carb Flour Tortillas
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
½ can seasoned black beans
2 cups shredded fiesta blend cheese
1 TB taco seasoning
Neutral spray oil
1-2 cups sour cream divided
1 avocado
2 TB hot sauce


In a bowl, combine chicken, black beans, cheese, & taco seasoning. Add a heaping tablespoon to each tortilla and roll tightly.

Spray taquitos with oil and place in an air fryer at 400 degrees. Bake for 5 minutes and flip cooking an additional 3 minutes until golden brown.

While taquitos bake, make your trio of dips. One plain sour cream, one avocado + sour cream, and one spicy sour cream. For the avocado + sour cream, add ½ smashed avocado to the sour cream.

For the spicy add 2 TB hot sauce and a sprinkle of taco seasoning.
