Elevate your apps with this deliciously, simple recipe. It’s the perfect bite in every little cup, just be warned, you’re going to have to work hard to save room for the main course.

Prep time: 20 min | Servings: 4 – 6, recipe makes 8 – 10 individual cups



Set oven to 350°. Warm tortillas in the microwave for :30 seconds or on a hot skillet for 2 minutes. Using a muffin pan, pinch and carefully line each well with a tortilla. Bake for approximately 7 minutes until crisp. Set aside.

Over medium heat, add shrimp, Salsa Baja Sauce Starter packet, and olive oil. Cook until shrimp turn pink, approximately 5 minutes. It’s that simple.

Now it’s time to assemble. Carefully squeeze a dollop of guacamole into each cup (side note: how amazing are Yucatan’s squeeze tubes?! SO easy to use!). Add 2-3 shrimps (pending on the size you bought) to each cup. Top with a bit of pico de gallo, a few dashes of hot sauce, and fresh cilantro. And you’ve got yourself a fancy platter of hors d’oeuvres.
