Ingredients:

4 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortillas
1 tsp olive oil 
3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of onion powder
Fresh basil

 

Directions:

Place tortillas on greased pizza pan. Brush oil on the tops of the tortillas. 

Spread ricotta evenly on tortillas, leaving an empty edge around the tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella on top of ricotta cheese.

Arrange tomato slices on top of mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with basil leaves.
