INGREDIENTS

1 package of La Tortilla Factory Corn Tortillas

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/4 cup shredded jack cheese

1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese

CREAMY BUFFALO SAUCE:

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp garlic, diced

1/2 cup buffalo sauce of your preference

1/2 cup enchilada sauce

1/2 cup sour cream

TOPPINGS:

1/8 cup shredded jack cheese

1/8 cup shredded sharp cheese

1/8 cup crumbled bleu cheese

2 green onions, diced

BLEU CHEESE DRESSING:

3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles

4 diced green onions

1 lime, juiced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

DIRECTIONS

Place a medium-sized saucepan on low heat and add butter and garlic.

Once butter is melted, add buffalo sauce and enchilada sauce. Mix in sour cream.

In a separate bowl, add chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup creamy buffalo sauce. Mix together.

In an oven-safe dish, add a couple of tablespoons of the creamy buffalo mixture and coat the dish.

Using your La Tortilla Factory Corn Tortillas roll up about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture and place in the dish.

Pour in the remainder of your creamy buffalo sauce. Top with shredded cheese and crumbled bleu cheese.

Place in oven for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once plated, add bleu cheese dressing and garnish with green onions
