1 package of low-carb or Carb Cutting La Tortilla Factory tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup salsa

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Pinch black pepper

4 oz 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile

10 oz can green enchilada sauce

4 cups, cooked and shredded chicken


  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream and salsa. Add the chicken, 505 Southwestern Green Chile and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Spread half of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Fill each tortilla center with about ½ cup of the chicken mixture. Top with some shredded cheese. Roll each tortilla and place seam side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas, and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
