Ta-KETO Taquitos! Low Carb and full of flavor, this easy-to-make meal is delicious and can be customized in so many ways. Below is our classic version of baked taquitos.  

Prep time: 15 min | Cook time: 20 min



Preheat oven to 425°

Start by cooking the chicken. Our favorite method is to boil the chicken until almost fully cooked, shred, and finish cooking in a pan with our sauce starter. If you’re in a pinch for time, you can also use a store-bought rotisserie chicken.

Sprinkle a small amount of cheese an the bottom quarter of a Low Carb Flour tortilla. Add approximately half of the cooked, shredded chicken. Top with a small amount of more cheese.

Tightly roll the tortilla and place on to a sheet pan lined with foil (makes clean-up easier) with the seam facing down on the pan to keep the tortilla rolled.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the ends of the tortilla are browning.

Remove from the oven and top with a handful of shredded lettuce, a scoop of pico, and a drizzle of sour cream. Serve and enjoy!
