  • La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Flour Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack Cheese (or try mixing them all together!)
  • Sour Cream


Fold a tortilla in half. Using a cookie cutter (or some creative knife skills), stamp out a tortilla shape. Work close to the edge so that you can minimize the scraps.

Sprinkle one side of the tortilla with a generous amount of cheese. Top with another football cut out.

Place on a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt cheese for 90 seconds to two minutes.

Using a spatula, flip to heat the other side and fully melt the cheese for another 90 seconds.

Using sour cream with a squeeze tip, draw laces. And now you’re ready for kick-off!

Tip: Scoop sour cream into a Ziploc bag and cut just the very tip off to use as a disposable piping bag to create the laces.
