When you’re craving pizza but not the carbs, fat, and calories, make your own personal pie with our Low Carb Tortillas. Make it a family-friendly meal by setting out all of the ingredients for a build-your-own experience.

  • La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortillas, we used the Whole Wheat in size Large
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce, we recommend Sonoma Gourmet Organic Pizza Sauce as it contains only 2g of sugar!
  • 1/4 cup Low Moisture Mozzarella + Provolone Cheese
  • Dash of Oregano
  • Your Favorite Pizza Toppings: Turkey Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Ham, Banana Peppers, Olives, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Broccoli…the options are endless!


Preheat oven to 425°

Using a measuring cup or spoon, place 1/4 cup of pizza sauce in the center of the tortilla, spreading evenly until you reach 1/2 inch to the edge. Optional: If you don’t want any “crust” you can take the sauce all the way to the edge. 

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese evenly over the sauce.

Top with your favorite pizza toppings. Here we used turkey pepperoni and fresh baby portabella mushrooms.

Finish with a dash of oregano.

Bake on top of a pizza stone, aluminum foil, or non-stick pan for 8-10 minutes, longer if you like a crispy pizza.

Cut into 4 or 8 slices. Serve.

Serving Tip: If you like to “dip” your pizza, skip the sauce step and go right to the cheese and serve your slices with the side of sauce instead.
