Wrap up a medley of fresh, organic veggies with a drizzle of tangy homemade Tzatziki thanks to our friends at Green Valley Creamery.

Ingredients – Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Green Valley Creamery Lactose-Free Plain Organic Yogurt
  • 1/2 organic cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice from half a lemon

Ingredients – Greek Wrap

  • at least (1) package for your favorite La Tortilla Factory tortillas– two of our favorites being our Organic Low Carb tortillas or Handmade Style Flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1/4 cup organic romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • Optional: 1/4 cup organic chicken, grilled

Directions

To make the Tzatziki sauce, combine yogurt, garlic, dill, olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Using a cheesecloth (or even a sturdy paper towel), squeeze excess moisture out of grated cucumber. Add strained cucumber to bowl with other ingredients and mix.

Heat tortilla for approximately :10 seconds on each side over open flame or using a hot skillet. Spread hummus over tortilla. Top with romaine lettuce, red onion, roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and grilled chicken. Drizzle with Tzatziki sauce and finish with parsley. Enjoy!
