Ingredients:

1/2 to 1 pound of salmon, depending on preference
1 package of La Tortilla Factory Handmade Style Tortillas
1 container of guacamole of preference — we recommend Yucatan!
Avocado cooking spray
Shredded cheese
Garlic powder

For crema:
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
1 bunch of fresh scallions (use only the green ends)
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons 505 Southwestern Mild Flame Roasted Green Chile
8 ounces of light sour cream
Salt + pepper

Directions:

Season salmon to preference. We added salt, pepper and garlic powder. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees, and add your salmon. Cook for 7-9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Please note: time may vary between air fryers.

Remove salmon from the air fryer. Lay your tortillas into the air fryer. Spray with avocado cooking spray on both sides. At 350 degrees, cook for 3-5 minutes — or until desired crispness. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes (or until desired crispness).

While the salmon and tortillas cook, add all the ingredients except the sour cream to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add your blended mixture to your 8 ounces of sour cream until it gains the desired consistency for the cilantro green chile crema.

To prepare, smooth guacamole on the tostada, top with salmon and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Dollop some of the crema mixture on top — and then you’re ready to eat!
