1 package of La Tortilla Factory’s Cocina Fresca Salsa Baja Skillet Sauce Starter

1 1/4 pound of shrimp or fish

2 tablespoons oil

1 package of La Tortilla Factory’s Non-GMO Hand Made Style White Corn & Wheat Tortillas

toppings (optional): finely chopped cabbage, cilantro, avocado slices, lime wedges


In a large bowl, combine half of the Sauce Starter with shrimp or fish; toss to coat. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until pink and opaque. 3-5 minutes (or if using fish, until cooked through). Transfer to a serving plate; add remaining Sauce Starter to skillet and heat for 30 seconds. Pour sauce over shrimp or fish. Serve with warm La Tortilla Factory tortillas and your favorite toppings!
