Nothing says it’s the weekend like these easy-to-make breakfast tacos with our *NEW* Carb Cutting tortillas. You don’t have to use as much 505 Southwestern Hatch Valley Green Chile as we do, but you probably should. Enjoy!

In a large skillet on medium-high cook chorizo until browned. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Drain most of the fat in the skillet but leave a little in the pan to cook your eggs in. Cook the eggs in chorizo fat until desired consistency.

Serve with warm La Tortilla Factory Carb Cutting Zero Net Carb Tortillas, and top with 505SW Green Chile and sour cream.
