Warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa will always be a favorite, but when you’re craving a sweet treat, transform our tortillas into churro chips with a creamy, lactose-free strawberry cream cheese dip thanks to our friends at Green Valley Creamery.

Preheat oven to 400°. Cut La Tortilla Factory tortillas into quarters like a pizza– 4 times to make tortilla chip-sized pieces. Melt butter in microwave and brush both sides of tortillas with a small amount. Spread onto a cookie sheet, making sure tortillas are not overlapping.

In a small mixing bowl, combine mix equal parts brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over tortilla chips on both sides. Then dust cinnamon over top. Bake for approximately 8 minutes, removing from oven before they get too cripsy or brown.

Using a blender or electric mixer combine Green Valley Creamery Cream Cheese and Yogurt with brown sugar and strawberries (removing leaves). Add more cream cheese until desired texture– it should be thick and whipped.

Remove chips from oven, allowing to cool slightly. Transfer dip mixture to bowl and decorate with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
