1 package of La Tortilla Factory Handmade Style Hatch Green Chile Corn/Wheat Tortillas

2 chicken breasts

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 white onion, chopped

8 oz Oaxaca cheese

1/4 c chipotle in adobo sauce

1 package taco seasoning

4 c water

Yucatan Guacamole to taste

Olive oil

Sour cream



Place chicken breasts into a pot with 4 cups of boiling water for 20 min or until chicken shreds.

Shred chicken breasts and set aside.

Heat up a cast iron skillet to medium heat and place in chopped onions/bell peppers with a olive oil.

Once the onions begin to turn clear, add chicken, taco seasoning and chipotle/adobo sauce; mix and don’t let the chicken burn!

Place a scoop of the meat mixture into your La Tortilla Factory tortillas along with a few slices of Oaxaca cheese.

Roll up, using a toothpick to secure the tortilla and brush a oil over the top.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

Once your rolled tacos have reached the desired coloring pull out of the oven, remove toothpicks, and drizzle on your favorite sauces like 505SW Salsa Habanero, Yucatan Guacamole, and sour cream.
